Erik Schweiss is an entrepreneur, business builder and M&A advisor with more than 25 years of experience founding, growing and advising businesses across construction, real estate, healthcare and technology.
Throughout his career, Erik has combined entrepreneurship with leadership experience across sales, revenue growth, operations and business development.
As Co-Founder of Twin Advisors Group, Erik works with business owners to identify growth opportunities, uncover profit leakage and implement practical improvements across sales, marketing, operations, technology, AI and financial performance—with a focus on growing revenue, improving profitability and building enterprise value.
Erik also serves as Managing Director at Genz & Associates, bringing an M&A perspective and firsthand insight into what investors and strategic buyers value in a business.
Erik is based in Newport Beach, California.
